Taking A.I.M. at Mastering Leadership skills.

The WiZDOM approach toward mastering the essential professional development skill of Leadership is built upon our Take A.I.M. training approach.

STAGE 1 - Acquire
Through a sequence of seminars, you are introduced to insights and tools that will help accelerate your leadership development ability. Using interactive exercises, media, assessments and personal experience, participants acquire a set of leadership tools and understanding that will form the basis of a life-long journey through the joyful world of leadership.

STAGE 2 - Integrate
There is no substitute for experience. In this program you will use role play and actual true-world situations to help you home in on your desired skill and then hone to a finer edge.

STAGE 3 - Multiplication
The last phase of our program shows participants how they can strengthen their newly-acquired leadership skills by creating everyday opportunities to share their leadership knowledge with those they lead at work, in the community and at home. This action has been proven to further multiplying and establishing the successful elements of effective leadership.
